You’re an international operator looking to stand apart from competitors. I’m here with strategies.

Making meaningful impact is closer than you think.

Imagine being a leader in socially responsible education abroad. A space where participants are challenged to confront their biases and connect to diverse local perspectives while immersed in an intentional curriculum committed to decolonizing narratives of the developing world.

Imagine having concrete metrics to track students’ soft skill development, being able to show where learning outcomes were reinforced, and grounding your offerings in a social justice framework.

Imagine capturing the momentum from participants’ re-entry to create a new generation of leaders who see patterns in oppression and see concrete ways to connect their experiences abroad to action at home.

It’s all within reach.

Customized strategies to make you a leader in progressive education.

Strategic planning

I use design thinking strategies to create team consensus, identify goals, and develop metrics to measure impact. I support organizations in converting big picture values into action items and assessment tools.

There has never been a better time to examine values and align mission with student outcomes.

Workshop design and facilitation

I train the trainers. Whether I am supporting the role out of new programming on-site or onboarding staff predeparture, creating engaging workshops in cross-cultural communication, international development, and empathy building is at the core of my work.

Curriculum design

I work with providers at all stages of program development, from identifying in-country partners to creating daily lesson plans which reinforce learning outcomes. I love finding creative ways to explore abstract concepts and fostering enduring relationships to the host country.

We need experiences in which students see themselves reflected and celebrated. It all starts with a thoughtful curriculum.
